UPM Adhesive Materials seeks a Segment & Business Development Manager for Signage & Promotion and Public Transportation Graphics. You will shape the graphics segment strategy, translate market insights into business plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth in an international setting.

With a university degree and 7+ years in graphics, you will engage customers and partners, negotiate opportunities, and collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and PD&I to accelerate

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Graphics industry (BD, strategic marketing or product mgmt).
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and translate to growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Graphics segment, industry, and special applications strategy.
• Translate market and customer insights into business and commercialization plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and complex BD projects with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and PD&I to accelerate portfolio growth.
