Location: Boadilla del Monte, Spain
The mission of the Santander Group's Technology and Operations Division is to contribute to the Group's strategy by enabling operations across Santander's businesses, focusing on optimization, growth, and risk reduction. Cybersecurity is a key priority, aiming to make Santander a cyber-resilient organization that can detect, withstand, and respond to cyberattacks effectively. The role of Global Fraud Services Manager involves overseeing fraud services, managing SLAs, ensuring service quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational performance. You will lead service delivery, maintain high standards, and manage relationships with entities and third-party providers. The role reports to the Global Head of Fraud.
University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields, or relevant experience.
