Joko, the AI-driven shopping platform, seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A, to own budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans across geographies. You will partner with revenue, marketing, and operations to ground decisions in solid financial thinking.

Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus. You’ll lead modeling across a 5-year horizon, drive automation, and support fundraising rounds as part of the FP&A team in Paris/Barcelona.

Formación

• Experience: 2–6 years in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services, with exposure to a high-growth tech company.
• Education: Master’s degree from a top business or engineering school.
• Strategic mindset: Thinks like a business partner, connects financial analysis to decisions.
• Analytical and modeling skills: Comfortable with cohort-based revenue, CAC, and bottom-up cost modeling.
• Financial & accounting foundation: Strong grounding in P&L, unit economics, cash flow.
• Problem solving & stakeholder management: Breaks down questions and communicates clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the budget and forecast process, long-term plan, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with revenue, marketing, and cost-center leads, challenging performance and co-owning corrective actions.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities with Procurement.
• Ground OKRs in financial reality and cascade into operational objectives.
• Contribute to the group’s 5-year financial model across geographies and business lines.
• Drive automation of reporting/forecasting and support fundraising rounds.
