Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking an International Business Analyst specializing in Planning & Analysis to support performance and operational excellence of international contact centres. You will manage analytics, data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to drive informed decisions and strategic planning.

Role offers permanent full-time contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) with a flexible hybrid model (up to 3 days remote).

Qualifications

+2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with reporting, forecasting and operational analysis.
Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Excel to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
Experience with Tableau.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Analyse data related to incentive targets, call volume trends and performance metrics.
Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of performance.
Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistent analytics output.
Support workforce planning through forecasting and analysis to optimise efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models.
