Job summary

Click&Boat, Europe’s leading boat rental marketplace, seeks a Group Financial Controller to own end-to-end accounting, closing, treasury and corporate matters for multiple entities, primarily France and Spain, with an upcoming international subsidiary.

You will manage one accountant and coordinate external partners, including auditors,税 advisors, lawyers and banks, reporting to the Finance Director in a fast-growing group.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience across finance, accounting and audit.
• Experience in an international, multi-entity environment is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with financial closings, audits, treasury and banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and monthly/annual closing for Click&Boat and subsidiaries.
• Lead external audits, coordinate PBC requests and responses to auditors.
• Manage corporate housekeeping, board resolutions and statutory registers.
• Oversee treasury, banking operations, cash forecasting and payments.
• Coordinate tax compliance, VAT and corporate income tax matters.
• Document processes and strengthen internal controls across entities.
