DDN is expanding its Finance Transformation team to accelerate sustainable growth. The role reports to the Director of Finance Transformation and collaborates with Accounting, Legal, HR, and Business Systems to design and deliver value across global initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive complex projects, oversee technology implementations, and foster organizational change, combining finance expertise with modern technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Forward‑looking perspective on the future of finance with digital, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Intellectual curiosity and understanding of the business context behind decisions and goals.
• Experience with platforms such as Workday, Navan, or Salesforce preferred.
• Four or more years of experience in Accounting or Finance Transformation.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and US GAAP reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Self‑starter with a “get it done” attitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support transformation projects delivering measurable value across multiple initiatives.
• Implement Navan’s expense management and corporate card solution.
• Globalize and standardize procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash processes.
• Support Workday implementation and post‑launch optimization.
