DayOne seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the Spanish/Iberian close, statutory reporting, and internal controls in alignment with IFRS and US GAAP. You will partner with global finance teams, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with Spanish tax and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Strong IFRS knowledge and understanding of Spanish statutory accounting and audits.
• Experience in multinational environments and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high integrity and a collaborative working style.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Spanish/Iberian entity under IFRS and US GAAP (SOX) reporting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze entity-level statutory and management financial statements; support consolidated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks including SOX-related controls; coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA optimization and finance system improvements across Iberian and global teams.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and provide coaching to regional teams.
