Job summary

SIG is seeking a Global Field Service Engineer to deliver advanced technical expertise across global customer sites. You will install, commission and maintain filling lines and packaging systems, coordinating with Service Teams and ensuring rigorous documentation and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Proven ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation issues.
Strong documentation skills for reports and service records.
Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Fluent English and Spanish; French a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, calibrate and parameterize machinery at customer sites.
Perform FAT/SAT and document all activities.
Provide on-site and remote advanced technical support and troubleshooting.
Lead technical interventions and coordinate field technicians or subcontractors.
Prepare technical reports, checklists and service documentation.
