SIG Group, a global packaging solutions provider, seeks a Global Field Service Engineer. You will install, commission and service SIG filling lines and packaging systems at customer sites worldwide, collaborating with Service Teams and cross-functional groups to drive reliability and performance.

Travel frequently, provide advanced technical support, and contribute to improvements and knowledge transfer across regions. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, French is a plus.

Formación

• Secondary education or equivalent; associate degree or 2–4 years of technical vocational training preferred.
• Technical qualification in industrial machinery, automation, electrical or mechanical fields.
• Up to 8 years of relevant professional experience in technical service or field service.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, calibrate and parameterize machinery at customer sites.
• Perform FAT and SAT and document activities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation issues.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance following procedures.
• Provide on-site and remote advanced technical support.
