Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities

  • This role involves the coordination of all aspects related to events, from planning to post-event evaluation. They will work closely with various internal and external teams to ensure that events run smoothly and successfully.
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including location selection, budget management, and overall logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are executed as planned.
  • Oversee event access to ensure adequate attendance and effective participation.
  • Manage communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event.
  • Coordinate the hiring and supervision of necessary personnel for the event, including vendors, support staff, and security teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to events, such as permits and licenses.
  • Evaluate the success of events by analyzing key metrics and participant feedback, and use this information to improve future events.
  • Keep abreast of trends and best practices in the event industry, and propose innovative ideas to improve the quality and impact of events.
  • Responsible for evaluating, supervising, contracting, and managing everything necessary for the management of services of the various suppliers that collaborate in the event, before, during, and after the event.
  • Performance evaluation, follow-up of payments, and closings with suppliers, making the pertinent adjustments according to the guidelines established for the event. Involve in the operation of each event ensuring the optimal execution of the event.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in similar event operations, preferably in an international setting.
  • Bilingual or fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued.
  • Strong ability to adapt to different cultural environments and work across multiple time zones.
  • Proven capability to meet tight deadlines and respond quickly and flexibly to evolving event conditions.
  • Experience fostering a cohesive and positive team culture while ensuring clear goal-setting and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Excellent skills in planning, organization, cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, proactivity, customer focus, empathy, teamwork, and flexibility.
