Empresa Confidencial is seeking an executive-level Engineering Director to provide strategic leadership for engineering and CAPEX-driven project execution across international operations. You will shape priorities, support investment decisions, and drive on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the Management Committee, lead multicultural teams, govern CAPEX planning, and ensure delivery excellence across complex EPC initiatives worldwide.

Formación

• Requires engineering degree.
• 15+ years of experience leading engineering and EPC projects in industrial/mining environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex international projects and leading multicultural teams.
• Strong experience in CAPEX planning, investment management, and project governance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will help shape engineering priorities, support investment decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

Functions:

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience leading engineering and EPC projects in industrial, mining, or related environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex international projects and leading multicultural teams.
• Strong experience in CAPEX planning, investment management, and project governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.
