Henry Schein in Madrid is seeking an International Product Manager for Endodontics. You will shape strategy and launches across markets, collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Commercial teams to drive growth and portfolio development.

You'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, from market insights to international deployment, with roughly 15–25% travel and a hybrid work model in a leading healthcare company.

Formación

• At least five years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Category Management within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of international product strategies.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
• Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations and value propositions.
• Support international product launches alongside cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with KOLs, distributors and commercial teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
