Goodera is seeking an Emcee to support and lead its corporate volunteering activities in Madrid. You will facilitate engaging volunteering events for corporate employees and be part of a global community of 400+ hosts.

This is a flexible, event-based role that values clear communication, warmth, and the ability to keep groups energized and informed. As part of the role, you will host events end‑to‑end, ensure a memorable experience for clients and volunteers, and connect with nonprofits to

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with volunteers.
• Public speaking proficiency and the ability to engage an audience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations during events.
• Strong problem solving and creative skills for on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a team player with a warm presence.

• Host and manage volunteering events tailored for corporate teams.

• Ensure a seamless start-to-finish event experience for everyone involved.
• Lead the event journey from setup to wrap-up and post‑event follow‑up.
• Capture memorable moments and deepen impact with volunteers and nonprofits.
• Handle setup, logistics, and contingency planning.
• Engage with nonprofits and beneficiaries to close the loop and maximize impact.
