VML in Madrid is seeking a Community Engagement Marketing Coordinator to connect global social media strategies with local audiences across EMEA. This role combines content publishing, community engagement, localization, and stakeholder coordination to ensure social experiences are relevant, compliant, and impactful.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, publishing workflows, and online communities.
• Experience with social media management platforms; Sprinklr is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage publication and optimization of social media content, ensuring brand, accessibility, security, and platform standards.
• Foster community engagement by monitoring conversations and responding to audience interactions.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, and social media stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Review, adapt, and localize social content for cultural relevance and language accuracy.
• Support planning and execution of social activities around campaigns and events, including real-time engagement.
• Leverage social listening and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to management and optimization of social media ecosystems to stay aligned with business objectives.
