Ventós Group in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead and harmonize our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Reporting to the Corporate Operations Director, you will define the global EHS & Quality strategy, drive a cultural transformation, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, Seveso and HACCP, and partner with senior leadership to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Formación

• Engineering, Chemistry or related university degree.
• Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (three specialities).
• Minimum 10 years in senior EHS & Quality leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and Seveso/ATEX.
• Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP.
• Proven track record leading organizational transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy global EHS & Quality strategy.
• Lead cultural transformation across all sites.
• Harmonize standards and management systems globally.
• Partner with senior leadership on risk, sustainability and ops.
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee compliance with Seveso, ATEX, APQ and regulations.
