Ventós Group in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead and harmonize our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Reporting to the Corporate Operations Director, you will define the global EHS & Quality strategy, drive a cultural transformation, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001, Seveso and HACCP, and partner with senior leadership to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Formación

• Engineering, Chemistry or related university degree.
• Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention (three specialities).
• Minimum 10 years in senior EHS & Quality leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and Seveso/ATEX.
• Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP.
• Proven track record leading organizational transformation.

Responsabilidades

As part of our ambitious transformation journey, we are looking for an outstanding Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead the evolution of our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function.

Reporting to the Corporate Operations Director and forming part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, this role will define our global EHS & Quality strategy, harmonize standards across our operations in Europe, Asia and the Americas, and drive a cultural transformation where safety, quality and continuous improvement become fundamental to the way we operate.

This is not a role focused on maintaining management systems. It is an opportunity to build a world-class EHS & Quality organization and make a lasting impact on our business.

Your Mission

You will transform EHS & Quality into a strategic business partner that enables sustainable growth, protects our people, customers and the environment, and supports operational excellence across all our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Transformation

• Define and deploy the global EHS & Quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the cultural transformation of EHS & Quality across all operations.
• Harmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability.
• Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.

EHS

• Ensure compliance with international EHS regulations and corporate standards.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Ensure compliance with Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals regulations.
• Drive process safety, risk management, emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.

Quality

• Lead the global Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP and applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
• Drive customer satisfaction through robust quality systems, audits, structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to improve processes and product quality.

What we are looking for

• Engineering, Chemistry or related University Degree.
• Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (three specialities).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in senior EHS & Quality leadership roles within international industrial companies.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals management.
• Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP.
• Proven experience leading organizational transformation and cultural change.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
