Job summary

Ventós Group is a multinational producer and distributor of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. We are seeking a Global EHS & Quality Manager to lead the evolution of our Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality function across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

You will define a global strategy, harmonize standards, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior leadership to embed a world-class EHS & Quality culture. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

10+ years in senior EHS & Quality leadership roles within international industrial companies.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, ATEX, APQ and hazardous chemicals management.
Experience in Food Safety Management Systems and HACCP.
Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Define and deploy the global EHS & Quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead the cultural transformation of EHS & Quality across all operations.
Harmonize standards, management systems and best practices across all sites.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, influencing operational excellence, risk management and sustainability.
Champion Lean thinking, continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization.
