The Digital Education Council is seeking a Support & Operations Associate to strengthen its operational backbone during global growth. You will coordinate onboarding, manage access to DEC resources, and support sessions and events, while maintaining high standards of member experience worldwide.

In this hands-on role, you’ll interact with members, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, accurate data for reporting, and scalable processes for ongoing expansion.

Qualificações

• Excellent English and Spanish proficiency.
• Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organised and process-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva and Zoom is a plus.
• Interest in digital transformation and the future of education.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding of new member institutions and materials.
• Provide first-line support for member queries and access issues.
• Monitor participation across DEC activities and events.
• Coordinate logistics for online sessions and workshops.
• Maintain operational SOPs for recurring workflows.
• Support data collection for reporting and dashboards.
• Manage internal calendars and project timelines.
