Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer (EDI & eInvoicing) to implement, operate, and improve global EDI/eInvoicing solutions. You will design data mappings, support ERP integrations, and coordinate testing and go-live activities.

The role requires 3+ years in EDI environments, strong programming experience with data mapping, and fluency in Polish and English. Based in POL - Czechowice with long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in EDI environments with ERP interfaces.
• Programming experience with data mapping and integration testing.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize EDI/eInvoicing solutions with ERP teams and providers.
• Develop integrations between ERP systems and the EDICOM platform.
• Design and maintain data mappings using SEEBURGER tools across formats (XML, IDoc, EDIFACT, X12).
• Coordinate end-to-end testing for new implementations and changes.
• Provide second-level support for integration platforms and applications.
• Support go-live and hypercare activities, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Enhance existing interfaces and contribute to new integration solutions.
• Create and maintain technical and system documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
