Job summary

Qualifications

• Integration engineering background in software or IT integrations.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms and ERP/CRM integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Ability to map/transform data across systems.
• Familiarity with security guidelines and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of integration flows between ERP ecosystems and downstream/upstream systems.
• Design and develop integration flows on iPaaS platforms.
• Develop and consume REST interfaces and services.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems.
• Create/maintain integration artifacts and technical docs.
• Collaborate with analysts and tech leads to refine requirements.
• Conduct unit/integration/UAT testing and support users.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues across systems.
• Follow enterprise integration standards and security guidelines.
• Support production integrations and incident resolution.
• Analyze logs, alerts and error handling to identify root causes.
• Implement fixes to improve stability and performance.
