Job summary

Roche Polska is seeking a Lead IT Expert for RDT ERP to design scalable, standards-based solutions in a multi-product ERP landscape. You will own end-to-end service delivery, ensure operational stability, and manage vendor performance across multi-million MSP contracts.

You will bridge strategic roadmaps with day-to-day IT operations, drive architecture reviews, and lead CSI initiatives in a regulated pharma/life sciences context. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• ITIL v4 minimum certifications or equivalent hands-on ITSM experience.
• Background in GxP environments, CSV, and regulated pharma/life sciences is highly beneficial.
• Experience with enterprise ERP implementations (SAP BTP/S/4HANA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service governance for ERP platforms, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Act as major incident escalation point; drive RCA and CSI initiatives.
• Align architectural roadmaps with ITSM processes and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts, performance metrics, and third-party delivery.
