RES is seeking a Global Digital Learning Specialist to standardise and enhance the training function across regions. You will manage e-learning platforms, develop training content, and collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure safety, quality, and environmental outcomes.

The role requires fluency in English, strong LMS skills, and experience with Articulate Storyline and Cornerstone. Occasional travel and a proactive, data-driven approach are expected.

Formación

• Experience in developing and administering e-learning platforms.
• Experience in training project management.
• Familiarity with health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure training meets global standards and is tailored to local needs.
• Organise and coordinate training sessions across regions.
• Create and adapt e-learning materials for different regions and audiences.
• Monitor and maintain e-learning platforms and ensure up-to-date content.
