Job summary

Ayesa Digital is recruiting a Documentation & Training Officer to support large-scale European initiatives. You will craft high-quality documentation, guidance materials and training resources for diverse users, translating complex processes into practical content and coordinating with SMEs and project managers.

You will design workshops, develop learning resources and maintain content across SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring accessibility and consistency for international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop user-friendly documentation and knowledge articles.
• Experience creating FAQs, tutorials, manuals and guidance materials.
• Multinational and multilingual communication project experience.
• Experience with procurement, contractual processes or business procedures guidance.
• Experience developing training materials, workshops and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear documentation, knowledge articles and user guides.
• Translate complex business and contractual processes into accessible content.
• Develop web content, presentations and training materials for end users.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Design and deliver workshops, webinars and information events.
• Lead content lifecycle management: drafting, review, publication and updates.
• Support stakeholder engagement and targeted communication campaigns.
• Collect user feedback to improve documentation and support processes.
