• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare payment integrity, claims or related operations.
• Experience leading international or multi-market programs.

• Define and execute the international Payment Integrity and Investigations strategy.
• Lead the development of a multi-year capability roadmap and operating model.
• Oversee pre- and post-payment controls, analytics, and investigations to prevent leakage.
