Cigna Healthcare seeks an accomplished leader to build and advance Payment Integrity and Investigations across international markets. You will shape the strategy, operating model and roadmap, aligning with affordability and enterprise capabilities while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value.

The role requires deep expertise in healthcare payment integrity, governance, analytics and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on sustainable outcomes and compliant practices

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare payment integrity, claims, and related operations.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams across markets.
• Strong knowledge of claims, reimbursement, coding, fraud, waste and abuse risks.
• Experience designing operating models and governance frameworks.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the international Payment Integrity and Investigations strategy and operating model.
• Oversee pre-payment controls, post-payment review, analytics and recovery.
• Develop risk-based case intake, investigations and escalation standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, privacy and external authorities.
• Drive data, analytics and technology enablement for detection and outcomes.
