Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare payment integrity or related operations.
• Proven success leading complex, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims, reimbursement, coding and recovery practices.
• Ability to design operating models, governance and analytics transformations.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Payment Integrity and Investigations strategy across international markets.
• Define operating model with governance, data, technology and partnerships.
• Oversee pre- and post-payment controls and analytics.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Security, HR and regulators.
• Drive measurable savings and improve financial integrity.
