Job summary

embecta is seeking a Senior Director of Finance Analytics & Insights to design and build the enterprise reporting capability from the ground up. You will own the product, partner with IT, define the analytics strategy, and deliver a governed self-service environment for finance and business partners.

The role requires 15+ years in finance/FP&A, a track record of building enterprise reporting capabilities, and a strong focus on data governance, SOX compliance and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Seasoned finance analytics leader with 15+ years in global finance, FP&A and reporting.
• Experience designing enterprise reporting capabilities from ground up.
• Proven track record driving finance transformation, automation and AI-enabled insights.
• Experience partnering with IT to deliver scalable, governed analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for Finance reporting and analytics.
• Establish single source of truth, data lineage and governance controls.
• Lead self-service reporting enablement for finance and business partners.
• Oversee data quality, SOX controls and vendor/partner relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across regions and functions.
