Job summary

embecta is seeking a Master Data Specialist to own and optimize master data across our international business. You will integrate data from Salesforce, SAP, IQVIA, and other sources into a centralized, trusted environment, drive data quality, governance, and automation, and enhance Power BI and Excel reporting for leadership and regional teams.

You will partner with Commercial Excellence, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to standardize processes, support Salesforce data management, and explore

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a data or analytics field or equivalent experience.
Strong Power BI skills with advanced DAX and data modelling.
Proficient Excel data manipulation and analysis capabilities.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, IQVIA, SAP and related data systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines linking Salesforce, IQVIA, SAP and more.
Improve data quality, governance, and data‑quality dashboards across regions.
Maintain accurate customer master data and account hierarchies in Salesforce.
Standardize account naming, merge/divestiture handling, and territory mappings.
Set up Power BI data models and optimize query performance.
Identify automation opportunities and explore AI features with IT.
