Job summary

Syntax Iberia is seeking a Global Director, Business AI Cyber Security (m/f/d) to build and lead security offerings within the Business AI practice. You will define strategy with the Global CISO, design end-to-end services and own the delivery roadmap, ensuring security-by-design across AI initiatives for Syntax and its customers.

You will act as the senior security advisor to clients, translating complex technical findings into business risk and guiding governance, architecture, and secure AI

Qualifications

• A track record of designing and launching a security service or offering from scratch: defining the scope, building the method and taking it to market.
• 8+ years in cyber security consulting or engineering, including customer-facing roles.
• At least 3 years leading a technical team or delivery function, including experience in building and leading teams, including working through people in other teams you don't line-manage.
• Practical work securing or assessing AI or ML systems in the last 2 to 3 years, for example GenAI or Copilot rollouts, LLM applications, AI governance or data protection for AI.
• Confidence advising at CISO and CTO level and translating technical risk into business decisions.
• Fluency in speaking, presenting and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, operating model and business case with senior leadership sign-off.
• Design offerings end to end (scope, engagement model, pricing inputs) from market insights.
• Own offering roadmap and ensure secure by design.
• Build and maintain core IP: assessment runbook, evidence-collection toolset, AI risk model.
• Launch and own the offerings; set quality bar and go-live verdict.
• Advise customer CISOs/CTOs translating findings into business risk.
• Lead enablement for sellers and practice to qualify and position offerings.
• Define measures to show delivery quality, repeatability and performance.
