MISSION OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious, and digitally savvy professional to join our global digital marketing team as the right hand to the Global Head of Digital Marketing. This unique role is ideal for a hybrid profile passionate about digital transformation, marketing innovation, and AI technologies.

The successful candidate will drive strategic projects globally, assist in expanding our service portfolio, and support local and regional teams in scaling our digital marketing solutions. This role requires someone who thinks outside the box, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in a position that combines business acumen, creativity, and technical insight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Serve as a close business partner to the Global Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Support the design and execution of global strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in business development, pre-sales, and project delivery across international markets.
  • Monitor financial KPIs, project budgets, and reporting for strategic accounts.

Innovation & Product Development

  • Contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven End2End 2.0 sales automation model.
  • Lead ideation and implementation of new services such as:
    • Digital Collection: Debt recovery automation and global digital expansion.
    • Social Selling Automation: Monitor social media conversations and activate conversion campaigns for clients.

Local & Regional Enablement

  • Liaise with country teams to ensure successful rollout of global initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams in client engagements and digital marketing implementations.
  • Promote digital innovation and best practices across regions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Consulting.
  • Understanding of digital media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), AI applications, and marketing automation.
  • Solid analytical skills and business judgment, including financial tracking and reporting.
  • Passion for new technologies, eager to learn and test.
  • Client-facing experience, including pre-sales and solution implementation.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive, self-starting, entrepreneurial, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel frequently across regions.
  • Experience in international, matrixed, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English (both written and spoken).
