Formación

  • Fuerte experiencia en marketing digital y/o consultoría.

  • Experiencia previa en entornos internacionales o de tipo startup es un plus.

MISSION OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and digitally savvy professional to join our global digital marketing team as the right hand to the Global Head of Digital Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a hybrid profile passionate about digital transformation, marketing innovation, and AI technologies.

You will be deeply involved in driving strategic projects globally, helping expand our service portfolio, and supporting both local and regional teams to scale our end-to-end digital marketing solutions. This is not a typical role — we need someone who thinks outside the box, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in a role that blends business acumen, creativity, and technical insight.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Act as a close business partner to the Global Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Provide end-to-end support on the design and execution of global strategic initiatives.
  • Support in business development efforts, commercial pre-sales, and client project delivery across key international markets.
  • Follow up on financial KPIs, project budgets, and reporting of strategic accounts.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our AI-driven End2End 2.0 model to fully automate the sales funnel.
  • Lead the ideation and implementation of new services :
  • Digital Collection : Debt recovery automation and global digital expansion.
  • Social Selling Automation : Monitor customer conversations on social media and activate conversion campaigns for our clients.

Local & Regional Enablement

  • Liaise with country teams to ensure the rollout and success of global initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams on strategic client engagements and digital marketing implementations.
  • Champion digital innovation and best practices across all regions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong background in Digital Marketing, Growth, and / or Consulting.
  • Understanding of digital media (Google, Meta, TikTok), AI applications, and marketing automation.
  • Solid analytical skills and business judgment; comfortable with financial tracking and reporting.
  • Passionate about new technologies, eager to learn and test.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including pre-sales and solution implementation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, self-starter, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Willing to travel frequently across regions.
  • Experience working in international, matrixed (with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder coordination), or startup-like environments is a plus.
  • Native Spanish, fluent English (both written and spoken).
