Santander Consumer Finance Global Services is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Data & Platform teams. In this role, you will manage a skilled team of engineers, drive software development practices, and collaborate with product managers to build impactful technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience, have strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and AWS, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Formación

• Experience in running agile software delivery processes.
• Software engineering experience as a programmer, ideally at a senior level.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, and RESTful APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Engineers across Data & Platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers on road map development.
• Monitor and improve team performance using metrics and feedback.
