Role Overview

As a key member of the Global Product team, you will lead the Product Development team and oversee media planning & budget optimization of global data products. You will implement the development, evolution, and adoption of these products for our proprietary platform.

You will support Product Owners and Market Champions in designing media planning & budget optimization models, including reach & cost modeling, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing user adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Experience: 3+ years in analytics & data science, with a broad perspective and adaptability.
  • Media Knowledge: Understanding of the media landscape, experience in media planning and budget optimization models is a plus.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong mathematical and probability skills, experience with media-specific models.
  • Programming: Familiarity with Python, R, or similar; understanding of machine learning basics is a plus.
  • Insights: Ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of GCP or similar cloud ecosystems.
  • Personal Skills: Proactive, innovative, focused, and creative problem-solver.
Previous Experience & Industry Background
  • 3+ years in analytics, digital transformation projects.
  • Experience leading large-scale, tech-driven change initiatives.
  • Media agency experience is preferred.
Qualifications & Languages
  • Degree in Sciences, Computing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Team management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing strategies.
