Capitole is seeking an experienced Data Migration professional to drive global data migration initiatives and manage end-to-end strategies across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful migrations, governance and data quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data migration, strong SAP, ETL and cloud experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role offers a hybrid work model, training budget, and health benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Management.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models.
• Experience with ETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (C1/Native).
• Experience with AWS or other Cloud-based Data Migration environments.
• Understanding of system integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of GxP regulated environments.
• Experience delivering global business transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination with external vendors.
• Experience combining technical responsibilities with project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.
• Define and contribute to end-to-end migration strategies, architectures and technical standards.
• Work on data migration solutions supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations.
• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Support data architecture decisions for consistency across systems.
• Review technical designs, data transformation rules and validation procedures.
• Define and support migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live readiness criteria.
• Contribute to best practices, methodologies and governance models for migration projects.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Security teams.
