Capitole in Spain seeks a Data Migration System to join an international project focused on data migration, data management, and enterprise system transformations. You will design, govern and execute migration solutions across ERP programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role requires 3+ years leading data migration initiatives, strong SAP, ETL, and SQL experience, and fluent English and Spanish. Hybrid work with on-site presence in Galicia, Spain.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Management.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models.
• Experience with ETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.
• Define and contribute to end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards.
• Work on data migration solutions supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations.
• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Support data architecture decisions to ensure consistency across systems and platforms.
• Review technical designs, data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches.
• Define and support migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria.
• Contribute to the definition of best practices, methodologies, templates and governance models for migration projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Security teams.

About the role We are looking for a Data Migration System to join an international project. In this role, you will work on Data Migration and Data Management initiatives , supporting major business transformation programs across enterprise systems. You will contribute to the design, governance and execution of data migration solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and external partners. What you'll do

• Experience with AWS or other Cloud-based Data Migration environments.
• Understanding of system integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity .
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies .
• Understanding of GxP regulated environments .
• Experience delivering global business transformation projects .
• Experience working with migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities .
• Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating with external vendors.
• Experience combining technical responsibilities with project coordination .
