Welo Data seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of Data Collection projects across onsite, studio, and remote modalities. You will lead delivery, capacity planning, vendor management, and process improvements to ensure quality and on-time outcomes.

You will work with a global team to optimize SOPs, tools, and governance, while coaching junior staff and coordinating with recruitment for staffing.

Formación

• 3–4 years leading multi-project portfolios or large multi-workstream programmes in data collection or related fields.
• Background in contributor capacity planning, vendor management, and quality systems;
• Experience piloting or scaling process improvements is a plus
• Experience managing or coaching junior team members

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run a portfolio of DC projects end-to-end across onsite, studio, and remote modalities.
• Forecast contributor capacity across locales and modalities; manage time, scope, and budgets.
• Maintain portfolio tracker and dashboards; run delivery reviews with risks and escalations.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure consistent acceptance criteria and QA rubrics.
• Lead vendor relationships within SLAs and drive improvements.
• Oversee financials: budgets, burn, margins, change orders.
• Coordinate with Recruitment for DC hiring and onboarding.
• Coach and develop DC PMs and coordinators; support staffing and growth.
• Ensure data handling, consent, and privacy policies across DC workstreams.
• Overlap with US-based stakeholders to align delivery timelines.
