Awin is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to translate strategy into coordinated action across global teams. You will own high‑impact programs spanning business, finance, operations and technology, reporting to the Head of Project Management.

Join a globally distributed PM team, shaping governance, frameworks and delivery excellence while building trusted relationships with senior leadership. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Formación

• 6+ years of leading complex, cross‑functional projects in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Experience managing portfolios, governance and strategic alignment across multiple projects.
• PMO practices and information flows to enable delivery with a strategic, benefits‑focused perspective.
• Strong change management and influencing skills across an organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs across business, finance, operations and technology.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align plans and outcomes with strategic goals.
• Establish governance and delivery frameworks to enable clear decision making and efficient execution.
• Provide senior leadership with clear updates, analysis and evidence‑based recommendations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, building pragmatic strategies to maintain delivery.
• Contribute to PMO maturity by supporting standards, tools and ways of working.
