Quadrante is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTERS to lead and deliver complex building projects in Spain and beyond. You will coordinate architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security disciplines to meet schedule, budget and quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, at least 5 years in data center PM, strong leadership and excellent English. Travel across Spain and Latin America is expected, with opportunities for international exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar project management roles, delivering Data Center projects.
• Strong leadership skills coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Data Center standards like Uptime Institute Tier and TIA-942 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects across architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security.
• Ensure delivery within schedule, budget and quality across all phases from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate project resources and allocate appropriate profiles for each phase.
• Oversee technical quality and compliance with international standards.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and support business development efforts.
