Job summary

Docplanner's Customer Success organization serves healthcare professionals across 13 markets. The Global CS Ops team designs CRM processes to improve churn, win rate and productivity, with migration from HubSpot to Salesforce nearing completion by mid-2027.

You will lead a team of 5 analysts, aligning country requests, maintaining global standards, and delivering data-driven outcomes that drive MRR and customer growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience across revenue or CRM operations.
• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CS/Sales Ops or CRM process design.
• 2+ years leading teams across countries or business units.
• Strong Salesforce experience and admin/consultant knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global CS Ops team of 5 analysts across 13 markets.
• Own end-to-end CRM processes for onboarding, retention and expansion.
• Coordinate with Salesforce and other tech teams; drive strategic improvements.
• Manage migration to Salesforce as the single CS platform.
