Sulzer is seeking a Credit Manager for its Group Treasury team in Madrid. You will strengthen Sulzer's credit risk framework, support treasury initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in international finance, strong credit risk expertise, and experience leading cross-functional projects. The role involves SAP templates, factoring, and ERP-related tech implementations at a global scale.

Formación

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within an international organization.
• Strong experience in credit risk management and third-party risk assessment.
• Proven success in managing complex cross-functional and international projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support HUB credit risk management team establishment.
• Drive standardized and harmonized credit risk processes across the organization.
• Manage global service contracts related to credit risk management, including relationships with external credit rating agencies and tender processes.
• Lead the assessment and design of credit risk management technologies supporting multiple ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and implement SAP credit risk management templates.
• Evaluate high-value credit limit requests and provide recommendations to Division CFOs and the Group CFO.
• Deliver training and guidance on credit risk assessment and banking policies.
• Support and further develop the company's global factoring processes.
• Manage the global bank account structure and maintain operational banking relationships.
• Coordinate access management for centrally controlled bank accounts.
• Participate in treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
