Job Description:

Develop and maintain the global and regional credit policy in collaboration with Operations, Commercial Finance, and the Global O2C director. Design processes related to credit and litigation management to support these policies. Enforce and monitor adherence to the policies and processes across subsidiaries. Provide visibility and reporting on credit risk and litigation at the global level. Support efforts to minimize bad debt and write-offs while fostering business development. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of credit risk and litigation data reporting. Manage a team of 5-10 members (local and remote) responsible for assessing, monitoring, and reviewing client credit risk profiles and credit limits in accordance with SLAs, proposing risk mitigation solutions, managing pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, and reporting on credit risk and litigation. Manage relationships and contracts with credit and litigation suppliers, including credit bureaus. Interface with top management for global risk discussions. Chair the global credit committee and support regional committees as needed. Collaborate on global O2C projects related to credit management and litigation. Monitor and achieve personal and team objectives. Perform other ad hoc duties related to credit risk and litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in credit management and/or litigation
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and financial analysis skills
• Understanding of the entire OTC process, legal, and contractual scope
• Previous managerial experience in a similar role
• Proactive, dynamic, organized, and methodical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with negotiation abilities
• Fluent in professional English; additional European languages are highly valued
