Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for risk management and compliance? We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our IT Risk Compliance team.

You will play a key role in supporting our IT strategy and ensuring we meet the IT risk requirements of multiple business domains and countries, while implementing innovative IT risk controls.

What You Will Be Doing :

• IT Service Continuity : Ensure the continuity of data and IT services within the established Recovery Point Objective (RPO) through thorough planning and coordination with multiple teams and global providers.
• Corporate IT Risk Policies : Work closely with corporate teams to understand IT risk policies and continuously assess and ensure compliance with internal IT risk policies, identifying actions to address any gaps.
• Risk Compliance Management : Establish and maintain a continuous monitoring process of SCIB IT aspects, managing plans to mitigate the Group's risk appetite. This will involve overseeing asset inventory, technical run books, DR plans, obsolescence, decommissioning apps and infrastructure, and ensuring risk management procedures are followed.
• IT Service Delivery : Manage the implementation and deployment of IT production services, ensuring risk minimization through control of evidence, incident management, changes, and capacity management.

Experience : 6 years of experience in IT or Technology Risk management.

Education : A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge :

• Fluency in English
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber & IT Risk frameworks
• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and architectures
• Excellent team management and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency with PowerBI or similar tools
