Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A, controlling, or procurement.
• Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking.
• Experience in multinational / matrix organizations.
• Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across cost areas.
• Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking.
• Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency.
• Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders.
• Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management.
