Banco Santander SA in Spain seeks a Project Product Owner to drive the Global AI Transformation for conversational AI. You will lead end-to-end projects for chat products, aligning with AI strategy and coordinating with local CDAIOs, tech teams and business units to deliver measurable value.

The role requires extensive tech experience with data/AI, cloud, APIs, and CI/CD, plus fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

Deep knowledge of Data & AI solutions, data flows, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in agile environments.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

Lead the global AI transformation program for chat products and align with Santander’s AI strategy.
Collaborate with product/platform teams to integrate AI chat capabilities across channels.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure AI use cases delivering measurable value.
Coordinate with legal, technology, and business units to drive end-to-end adoption of chat products.
Manage stakeholders and communicate complex concepts to executive audiences.
Pilot and evaluate new features with partners like OpenAI or Anthropic.
