A Snapshot of Your Day

Your day starts with a virtual meeting to coordinate with your global team on key priorities. You then align with the product managers for transportation solutions to review user feedback and plan improvements. Mid-morning, you lead a training session, sharing best practices with users worldwide. After lunch, you liaise with external partners to ensure smooth system ramp-up in a specific region. In the afternoon, you create updates for stakeholders on project progress. As the day ends, you provide guidance to your enablement experts.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Project Leadership: Lead global roll-out projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. Coordinate and mentor a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across different regions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with product managers for transportation solutions to understand product roadmaps, gather user feedback, and advocate for enhancements based on user needs.
3. Solution Mapping and Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes and leverage technology-driven solutions. Translate business requirements into actionable plans for solution implementation.
4. Community Building: Establish and nurture a global community of transportation solution users. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and user training programs.
5. Collaboration with External Partners: Coordinate with external roll-out partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
6. Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote adoption of transportation solutions. Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
7. Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Community & Roll-out Experts. Coordinate their activities, ensure consistency in approach, and foster a collaborative working environment.

1. Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in leading global projects, with a focus on transportation management solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
3. Collaborative Approach: Experience working closely with product managers and external partners to drive solution enhancements and successful roll-outs.
4. Change Management Skills: Ability to drive organizational change and promote digital adoption among stakeholders.
5. Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring and coordinating teams of experts across different regions.
6. Experience in logistics or transportation is highly valued for this role.
