The Global Communications & Public Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s worldwide communications strategy. Based at the company’s headquarters in Madrid, the department leads public relations across Europe, the Middle East, Russia, North America, and Latin America, ensuring a strong and expanding international presence. Key responsibilities include strengthening media outreach with top-tier global titles to secure high-impact coverage and visibility, while also fostering engagement with influential Tastemakers worldwide. International visibility has been central to the brand’s success, and we are now looking for someone to help us write the next chapter. The ideal candidate will bring established relationships with elite athletes and leading health experts, positioning the brand at the forefront of global conversations on human performance, health, and wellbeing.

Main Functions & Responsabilities

  • Support the Global Communications & PR Director in coordinating and managing international markets and press requests.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across Europe, the Middle East, Russia, North America, and Latin America, while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure relationships with leading international press, top-tier publications, and Tastemakers.
  • Lead the identification and coordination of global Tastemakers, with a special focus on renowned athletes and health experts.
  • Develop and write compelling press releases and press dossiers to support brand launches, global initiatives, and trend/news-driven stories.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through meaningful collaborations and experiences with key opinion leaders.
  • Oversee the press database and coordinate international press attendance at SHA experiences.
  • Stay up to date on industry news, trends, and emerging opinion leaders to anticipate opportunities and risks.
  • Work closely with doctors, experts, and local teams to showcase the brand’s unique expertise and offerings.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align communications with industry trends and support local sales channel investments.
  • Manage press reporting by overseeing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual clippings, initiative recaps, and daily internal coverage sharing.
  • Coordinate and ensure the success of worldwide events, conferences, and summits.
  • Proactive ability to work with international teams
  • Oversee international PR agencies

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years in a similar role, working with athletes and health experts
  • Experience working with global Tastemakers, expertise working with renowned athletes and health experts
  • Experience in managing global public relations, communications, event planning,
