Pod Talent is recruiting a Global Category Manager, Commodities/Raw Materials for a leading FMCG business in Barcelona, with relocation support available.

Lead procurement for key ingredient commodities, overseeing spend exceeding €100m. Drive commodity strategy, supplier relationships, sustainability and risk management across global units. This role demands strong direct procurement expertise and background in foods/agriculture.

Formación

• Extensive experience in ingredients or commodities procurement.
• Knowledge of commodity management and hedging.
• Global or regional exposure advantageous; experience in food or agriculture preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global commodity procurement strategy and drive improvements across processes, negotiations and supply security.
• Engage at senior levels internally and externally to build stronger relationships with business units and suppliers globally.
