Bacardi in Barcelona seeks a Raw Materials Category Manager to steer end-to-end sourcing for key raw materials, focusing on the Global Flavors portfolio. You will own strategy development, supplier collaboration, and contracting practices to deliver value and sustainability across regions.

The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a path toward senior category management, with emphasis on market trends, innovation, and responsible sourcing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of a global sourcing strategy and category management for Flavours.
• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align strategy and sign off.
• Lead global implementation of sourcing strategies with regional alignment and coaching to regional leaders.
• Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices with supplier relationship management and auditable reporting.
• Define and implement EU regional sourcing aligned with Bacardi principles and category needs.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for value, continuity, and quality.
• Own contracts and ensure they’re clearly defined and compliant with internal policies.
• Collaborate with local teams to address day-to-day and long-term sourcing needs.
• Deliver results in the category including cost, cash flow, service levels, and sustainability targets.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance; mitigate risks and supply disruptions.
• Identify sustainability opportunities and drive continuous improvements with suppliers.
