Responsibilities

• Originate new business opportunities and obtain new M&A mandates.
• Proactively identify and establish contacts with mid-market corporations in Spain, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs.
• Design, review and present pitchbooks and proposals to potential clients.
• Manage and execute M&A mandates, establishing best practice standards in terms of quality, calendar, client service and compliance.
• Train and develop the local Madrid-based team.
