• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory aspects of clinical trials.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in planning and coordinating global and regional clinical, biostatistics and data management activities.
• Manages select Clinical Associates within the Clinical Department.
• Allocates workload for clinical, biostatistics and data management projects; may lead functions as needed.
• Ensures appropriate regulations and procedures are applied, balancing local requirements with global approach.
• Works with staff to ensure client expectations on schedule, cost and quality are met.
• Provides coaching to promote education and understanding of the clinical development process.
• In conjunction with the global team, proposes and implements systems to support NAMSA's long-term growth.
• Maintains qualified staff through recruitment, training, and development plans.
